Principal Planning Officer I am currently working with a Local Authority in the West Midlands who are seeking an experienced Planning consultant. About The Role The client is looking for a candidate to come in and assist with a range of large scale developments, ranging from 150-300 units, with a likelihood of working on some major residential schemes.. The role will be a hybrid between home working and in the office, with a presence required once every two weeks. About The Candidate The ideal candidate will be chartered by RTPI, or an equivalent qualification and have experience working within Local Authority Planning Departments.
