Dove Tree House, our Care Home in Exeter is looking for a Deputy Manager to report to the Manager. You will be contracted to work 45 hours a week - including some weekend shifts. Ideally you should be at Senior Care level or above, have an NVQ3 and have experience in working in a care/nursing home for the elderly.
You will be expected to work some care shifts as well as undertaking administrative tasks to support the manager, for example:
- Care planning
- Rotas
- Staff supervisions
- Training bookings
- Helping the activities and wellbeing coordinator plan meaningful activities for the residents
Experience of Medication Administration is essential for the role.
Salary: £14.76- £16.01 per hour.
