Overview
Dove Tree House, our Care Home in Exeter is looking for a Deputy Manager to report to the Manager. You will be contracted to work 45 hours a week - including some weekend shifts. Ideally you should be at Senior Care level or above, have an NVQ3 and have experience in working in a care/nursing home for the elderly.
Responsibilities
- Work some care shifts as well as undertaking administrative tasks to support the manager, e.g., care planning, rotas, staff supervisions, training bookings, and helping the activities and wellbeing coordinator plan meaningful activities for the residents.
- Medication administration experience is essential for the role.
- Contribute to maintaining high standards and be an active member of the care team, behaving positively and putting the best interests of residents at the heart of all you do.

Salary
Salary: £15.20 - £16.45 per hour
