Stonegate Farmers is continuing to invest significantly in its UK estate and is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to provide senior commercial leadership across our diverse and expanding construction portfolio. The role can be based from either our Lacock Head Office or our Lincolnshire office, with regular site presence as required.
In this role, you will hold overall responsibility for the financial, contractual and commercial performance of multiple concurrent projects, spanning residential and industrial developments. This includes new builds, extensions, refurbishments and fit‑outs, alongside associated groundworks and civil infrastructure.
Acting as a trusted commercial partner to the Business Owner and Directors, you will ensure strong commercial governance, value for money and long‑term sustainability across the portfolio. You will lead on cost planning, financial control and commercial assurance from early design through to final.
