As Kitchen Manager you will… The ability to support, coach, and mentor your team at Ketton Ox A high standard of food knowledge and skill An up-to-date COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal knowledge Some of the things you’ll be doing as a Kitchen Manager Supporting the recruitment and induction of new team members Leading, managing and developing your Brigade whilst ensuring their training is fully complete at all times Responsible for maintaining both kitchen hygiene and food safety standards within the kitchen at all times and safety standards in the kitchen area Be responsible for the creation of kitchen rota, ensuring labour targets are met Conduct periodic stock takes to ensure delivery of GP margins in line with targets Adopt a proactive strategy to boost sales and drive growth by engaging effectively with both the kitchen and front-of-house teams Order food supplies and kitchen equipment, as needed A little bit about us… We take pride in providing a warm and welcoming environment where you can enjoy live sport, a proper pint, or delicious pub food and simply sit back and relax.
