This role is home based with fortnightly travel to our offices in Monkspath, near Solihull in the West Midlands. It is essential for this role that you live within a reasonable commutable distance. Candidates who do not live within a reasonable commutable distance will not be considered.

What You’ll Do

  • Define project requirements, scope, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
  • Capture, analyse, and document business requirements; create end-to-end process models (As-Is / To-Be).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and 3rd-party suppliers to ensure clear communication and effective delivery.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing and create user documentation for solution deployment.
  • Work across both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies, contributing to successful digital change initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle and delivery processes.
  • Experience with UAT, documentation, and end-to-end solution delivery.
  • Confidence in data mapping and facilitating process modelling workshops.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
  • Strong organisational skills, self-sufficiency, and a proactive approach.
  • Experience in retail or hospitality environments.
  • Awareness of ITIL and TOGAF principles.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
