The Opportunity
At The George, we are looking for Front of House Team Members who enjoy working as part of a team. We will provide all the training and support you need to build your skills. What’s most important is your ability to connect with the team and help create a positive experience for our guests.

At most of our pubs, you’ll find proper pub grub – with big, juicy burgers and classic fish and chips being firm favourites. And when it comes to pouring a cracking pint, we’ve got it nailed. The George, Rugby is a traditional British pub, well‑known for its legendary Sunday roasts and menu of family favourites. The George is welcoming, friendly, and cosy and has all the facilities any guest could need. Our HD screens showing live sports create a really great atmosphere in the pub. With fantastic outside seating, a beer garden, and a dining area that hosts live music events and fun for all the family.
