Some of the things you will be doing as a Kitchen Team Member
- Assisting with food preparation.
- Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
- Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
- Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
- Work with the team to achieve company targets.

We serve up real value, a great atmosphere, and a pub experience that’s worth every penny. The Goddard Arms is a friendly 17-bed hotel located in the heart of Old Swindon. We are an old converted coaching inn with a great beer garden, right next door to the beautiful 50-acre Lawns Park. We are passionate about great British food, our rich heritage of cask ales and newer craft beers, our extensive gin selection, and our wine range. From a quick lunch or snacks with a drink after work to a sit-down dinner or a party with canapés and Prosecco, we can cater for any guest.
