As a Kitchen Team Leader, do you have:
- The ability to support, coach, and mentor your team
- A high standard of food knowledge and skills
- An up-to-date understanding of COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, and legal requirements
- A willingness to develop personally while helping to propel the brigade forward at Vineyard
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in food preparation and collaborating with the Kitchen Manager
- Producing high-quality dishes consistently according to specifications for our guests
- Supervising the kitchen team in the absence of the Kitchen Manager
- Managing stock, ordering supplies, and overseeing inventory
- Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and excellent kitchen environment
- Offering suggestions and creative ideas to improve kitchen performance
- Leading the team to achieve company targets
