The Opportunity
We are looking for our Barbacks to be what we call Party Starters at Be At One. You don’t need any experience to become a Barback, you just need to be guest focussed and have a natural ability to deliver service in a way that makes a night out for our guests something to remember.
- Greet each guest in a way that feels natural and welcoming to you
- Keep the bar area organised and visually appealing
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment for everyone
- Collaborate with the team to continually enhance bartending practices and standards
