Stonegate Group is looking for a CRM Executive to support email campaigns and customer journeys across our brands.
You will set up automated emails, triggers and SMS campaigns via Bloomreach, collaborating with brand teams to maximise open rates and CTRs and drive pre-booking.
You will also contribute to weekly/monthly reporting and work with sales to maintain customer engagement, while growing the database for future campaigns across formats.
