You will support a number of publicans and their businesses within the Core L&T Division, delivering a strategic plan to increase whole pub profit and profitability.
The role requires recruiting and developing capable publicans, maintaining high property standards across leased and tenanted pubs, and delivering regular reviews with clear minutes in line with the Pubs Code.
