We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager covering Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Dudley and surrounding areas. You will support a number of publicans and their businesses within the Core L & T Division. The key objectives of this role are to produce and implement a quality, robust strategic plan for your region, which is designed to increase "whole pub profit" for each pub, benefiting publican profitability and regional like for like income.
Responsibilities
- Continual enhancement of retailing standards is accomplished by offering business advice, facilitating regular reviews, and providing opportunities for skills development.
- Clear and compliant meeting minutes are produced for all business reviews, ensuring consistent standards and alignment with the Pubs Code.
- Regular reviews of business performance help identify opportunities for improvement, with actionable plans created for both parties.
- A challenging but respectful approach is adopted towards publicans who do not fully exploit commercial opportunities, encouraging them to maximise their potential.
- Effective collaboration with Pub Support Centre functions and key suppliers is maintained to achieve procurement objectives and operational goals, ensuring all partnerships contribute to the overall success of the business.
- Must be able to drive and stay overnight as needed.
