We are looking for an experienced Front of House Team Leader who can lead, motivate and encourage the wider team to deliver an amazing guest experience at The Waterside Inn.

As the name suggests, The Waterside Inn is a charming traditional pub perched on the edge of the River Lea in Ware. Our beautiful location makes us the perfect spot for a relaxing drink taking in the river views, with a wide range of cask and craft ales, wines, spirits and crafted cocktails to choose from. For something a little more indulgent, our extensive food menu boasts everything from Sunday roasts to seasonal specials and heart warming desserts.
