Overview
We are looking for a Team Leader who enjoys supporting and motivating the team to create a fantastic experience for our guests at Slug And Lettuce. You\’ll help guide and coach the team, making sure everyone works together to deliver the best service possible.

Slug & Lettuce is one of the stylish bars in Woking. The interior has been decorated to create a stylish and super modern bar and restaurant. With our fantastic staff and service, we are one of the best bars in town. We also offer a free party planning service, which is very popular for birthdays, hen parties, and any other event. Our amazing drinks and food are second to none, with an atmosphere that is hard to beat.
Responsibilities
- Support and motivate the team to deliver excellent guest service and a fantastic experience at Slug And Lettuce.
- Guide and coach staff to work together to provide the best service possible.
Qualifications
- To be considered for the Team Leader position at Slug And Lettuce you must be at least 18 years old as it involves the sale of alcohol.
