Stonegate Group's Slug & Lettuce in Sheffield is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader or an experienced Kitchen Team Member ready to advance. You will support and mentor the team, uphold high food standards and ensure COSHH, Food Safety and H&S knowledge is current.
In addition to assisting with food prep, you will supervise the team in the Kitchen Manager's absence, manage stock, and keep the kitchen clean and compliant. You will contribute ideas to improve performance and help the brigade hit targets.
