The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager for the Yorkshire/North East region to recruit publicans for sites moving from Stonegate’s Managed and Craft Union businesses into the Pub Partners division. Reporting to the Transitions Director, you’ll manage the recruitment and onboarding of new publicans, support them through the transition, and ensure a seamless handover to the relevant Regional Manager. You’ll be responsible for developing capable publicans, maintaining high standards in leased and tenanted pubs, enforcing property standards, and driving improvements in retailing. The role also includes business reviews, compliance with the Pubs Code, and close collaboration with Pub Support Centre teams and suppliers to meet company objectives. Skills
