This is your chance to reshape communities, one pub at a time. An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Regional Manager to join Craft Union’s South West Division, taking operational ownership of c.18 community-led pubs across Sussex and Surrey. At Craft Union, our pubs sit at the heart of local communities, and our Operators are the people who bring them to life.
As a Regional Manager, you’ll work side by side with Operators, taking a collaborative approach to leadership, nurturing strong relationships, building capability and driving sustainable growth across your region.
What you’ll do
- You’ll be a visible, commercially minded leader, responsible for driving net income growth and strong, consistent performance.
- Delivering investment returns beyond capex targets.
- Setting and maintaining exceptional retail and operational standards.
- Champion and nurture Operators through inclusion and empowerment.
- Creating an inclusive culture, aligned to Craft Union and Stonegate values.
