Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of opportunities, sourcing candidates in a cost effective and timely manner, whilst building a pipeline of candidates for future requirements and ensuring an engaging candidate experience.
- Provide comprehensive recruitment support to Divisional Business Units comprising a Divisional Director and a team of Regional Managers. Deal with enquiries from prospective publicans, evaluate experience and suitability, and schedule and conduct interviews.
- Develop effective talent banks using various direct sourcing methods, identify and support lead generation, and ensure applicants and publicans are supported through their recruitment journey from initial enquiry to completion of legal agreement.
- Ensure minimal delays and offer a first-class customer service approach.
Skills & ExperienceAttraction
- Utilise the most appropriate internal and external methods to attract self-employed Partners
- Develop networks for sourcing and employer branding within the industry
- Offer a creative approach to sourcing great talent for the Recruitment team – focusing on attracting passive candidates, talent pooling, and building communities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to ensure effective and consistent social media recruiting for vacancies
- Partner with specific Business Units to understand recruitment requirements and ensure a sustainable pipeline of talent
- Organise and administer selection processes including online testing, telephone, and video interviews
- Book applicants onto pre-arranged screening/interview days through proactive outbound calling and direct sourcing
Talent Management
- Assist with the end-to-end candidate experience to create a positive and engaging proposition for potential partners
- Forecast future recruitment needs and develop effective talent pipelines for specific areas
- Conduct divisional calls and attend monthly meetings with Regional Managers and Business Directors, providing recruitment updates and insights through engaging presentations; advise, coach, and influence regional managers on best practices for attraction, interviews, and assessment
Reporting
- Maintain high accuracy and integrity of information related to candidates in internal recruitment systems
- Prepare regular metrics and reports and conduct trend analysis to review progress and KPIs and drive appropriate behaviors
General
- Maintain awareness of commercial and industry activity with knowledge of employment legislation changes
- Utilise Microsoft Excel to keep reporting and talent banks consistent
- Utilise social media and technology effectively
- Attend regular Recruitment Team, Area and Divisional meetings as required
