As a Kitchen Team Member, do you have…
- A passion for Hospitality.
- A willingness to learn new skills every day.
- A keen eye for detail.
- The ability to assist the Head Chef with orders, stock taking, and food hygiene at Seven Red Roses.
- Experience maintaining kitchen equipment.
Some of the things you will be doing as a Kitchen Team Member:
- Assisting with food preparation.
- Producing high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
- Ensuring the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
- Overseeing deliveries.
- Offering suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
- Working with the team to achieve company targets.

At our pubs, we serve proper pub grub – with juicy burgers and classic fish and chips as firm favourites. The Seven Red Roses in Lower Earley is a pleasant housing estate with accommodation for everyone. A relaxing pub by day where guests can enjoy a chilled lunch, served by a friendly, welcoming team. We have three major TV screens showing all sport.
