Important Note: We do not ask you to invest your own money into the pub. You simply pay a £2,000 bond.
Responsibilities / What you’ll do
- Manage a pub operation with a built-in support team to drive performance.
- Focus on building community engagement and boosting sales opportunities with guidance from a Regional Manager.
- Utilize provided resources and support to develop the pub\’s proposition.

- Boosted Operator Earnings of 20% of net revenue: £72,800 – baseline.
- Take home an additional 10% of sales above budget when you manage a high-volume pub.
- Rent-free Accommodation (where applicable).
