Important Note: We do not ask you to invest your own money into the pub. You simply pay a £2,000 bond.

Responsibilities / What you’ll do

  • Manage a pub operation with a built-in support team to drive performance.
  • Focus on building community engagement and boosting sales opportunities with guidance from a Regional Manager.
  • Utilize provided resources and support to develop the pub\’s proposition.

Benefits and compensation

  • Boosted Operator Earnings of 20% of net revenue: £72,800 – baseline.
  • Take home an additional 10% of sales above budget when you manage a high-volume pub.
  • Rent-free Accommodation (where applicable).
  • Full Utilities Paid: Gas, Electric & Water (for the entire building including accommodation).
  • Cost of Sky & TNT Sports Included (pay-per-view events agreed with your Regional Manager).
