Clear and compliant meeting minutes are produced for all business reviews, ensuring consistent standards and alignment with the Pubs Code. The company upholds the legal and behavioural requirements of the Pubs Code, treating publicans fairly and supporting them in fulfilling their business plans and delivering high retail standards and customer experiences. Regular reviews of business performance help identify opportunities for improvement, with actionable plans created for both parties. A challenging but respectful approach is adopted towards publicans who do not fully exploit commercial opportunities, encouraging them to maximise their potential. Effective collaboration with Pub Support Centre functions and key suppliers is maintained to achieve procurement objectives and operational goals, ensuring all partnerships contribute to the overall success of the business.
