Overview
As a National Account Manager, you will lead guest sales delivery, manage key third-party relationships, and oversee National Accounts and partnerships to drive consistent sales at Stonegate Venues. With 43% of UK guests pre-booking visits and 56% seeking memorable group experiences (CGA 2023), your focus will be on maximising these opportunities. Your leadership in managing both direct teams and cross-functional stakeholders, combined with your results oriented approach, will be critical in maximising sales through our third-party partners, positioning Stonegate Venues and offers as the preferred choice for their sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Account and Third-Party Relationship Management: Establish sustainable partnerships while optimising value for Stonegate by maintaining proper governance and tracking of all agreements. Ensure that Stonegate remains the preferred partner for all third-party collaborations.
Offer Strategy: Work closely with marketing to identify and promote offers that generate the highest booking traction for key guest occasions. Develop a competitive proposition for events such as birthdays, sporting gatherings, Sunday roasts, and more, ensuring our venues and promotions are consistently the first choice for third-party partners.
Digital Focus: Promote the growth of online bookings through effective collaboration with our partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong cooperation across departments, for example within sports initiatives, to fully capitalise on opportunities available via third-party sales channels.
Legal Compliance: Ensure all agreements are supported by appropriate legal frameworks, collaborating with internal and external counsel as necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven track record for delivering results within the hospitality, food and beverage, or related industries specifically through the management of national account relationships
- Ability to use data to inform decisions and identify business opportunities
- Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- A passion for hospitality industry, we sell fun times and help our guests make memories
