The Opportunity
Located in the heart of The Hub, Slug & Lettuce Milton Keynes sits at the centre of a thriving hospitality scene. With a strong reputation for delivering exceptional brunches, memorable nights out and outstanding guest experiences, this is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and people-focused General Manager to lead a business that is already performing exceptionally well. Following a recent refurbishment, the venue is looking better than ever and continues to go from strength to strength. Boasting two vibrant bars, a thriving daytime brunch business and an impressive late-night trade, this is a site that offers the best of both worlds. From bottomless brunch celebrations and weekend social occasions to busy evenings and late-night energy, you'll be leading a business with multiple revenue streams and huge potential for continued growth.
About You
As General Manager, you'll have the freedom and autonomy to drive the business forward while building on its current success. You'll be responsible for creating an exceptional guest journey, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding service and maintaining the highest operational standards across every part of the venue. We're looking for a proven hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely loves developing people. You'll understand what great looks like, never compromise on standards and know how to create a culture where teams feel motivated, engaged and supported to perform at their very best. You'll have a strong appreciation for both the brunch market and the late-night environment, understanding how to tailor experiences, maximise opportunities and ensure the venue remains a destination of choice throughout the day and into the evening.
Success in this role will come from your ability to balance commercial acumen with exceptional people skills. You'll be passionate about delivering fantastic service, building and supporting a high-performing team and creating memorable experiences that keep guests coming back time and time again.
Please Note: To be eligible to apply, you MUST hold a valid Personal Licence.
