Some of your responsibilities as a Kitchen Team Leader include:

  • Assisting in food preparation and collaborating with the Kitchen Manager
  • Producing high-quality dishes consistently to specifications for our guests
  • Supervising the kitchen team in the absence of the Kitchen Manager
  • Managing stock, ordering supplies, and overseeing inventory
  • Maintaining an excellent, clean, and hygienic kitchen environment
  • Offering suggestions and creative ideas to improve kitchen performance
  • Leading the team to achieve company targets
