Some of your responsibilities as a Kitchen Team Leader include:
- Assisting in food preparation and collaborating with the Kitchen Manager
- Producing high-quality dishes consistently to specifications for our guests
- Supervising the kitchen team in the absence of the Kitchen Manager
- Managing stock, ordering supplies, and overseeing inventory
- Maintaining an excellent, clean, and hygienic kitchen environment
- Offering suggestions and creative ideas to improve kitchen performance
- Leading the team to achieve company targets
