About the Role

At Slug & Lettuce on George Street, we’re looking for a General Manager who can take the energy of one of the city’s busiest locations and turn it into an unforgettable guest experience every single day.

This is a chance to step into a high-profile role right in the heart of the New Town.

Responsibilities

  • Shape the direction of the business.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team.

Qualifications

To be eligible to apply, you MUST hold a valid Personal Licence.
