The Opportunity

At Downs Hotel, we are looking for Front of House Team Members who enjoy working as part of a team. We will provide all the training and support you need to build your skills. What’s most important is your ability to connect with the team and help create a positive experience for our guests.

Regardless of the occasion, we’re here to serve great-tasting food and drink, with our guests at the heart of everything we do. The Downs Hotel is a striking pub and hotel serving delicious food and drinks from Woodingdean, Brighton. With a food menu boasting a range of traditional British dishes and modern bites, and a drinks range spanning craft and cask ales, wines, spirits and cocktails, our pub is the perfect spot for everything from a relaxing drink to a hearty evening meal. We also offer unique experiences for more special visits, like chic Champagne brunches and cosy overnight stays – so, no matter what the occasion, our guests are taken care of here at Downs Hotel.

Responsibilities

  • Help prepare and serve our delicious food and drinks at Downs Hotel.
  • Offer friendly recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and team members.
