We are looking for an experienced Front of House Team Leader who can lead, motivate and encourage the wider team to deliver an amazing guest experience at Alex.
Work alongside the management team to bring our shared vision to life.
Help maintain smooth operations and consistency.
Foster a warm and welcoming environment where guests feel comfortable and valued.

We tailor to our diverse range of guests, and our teams create the perfect place to socialise with friends, whether that be for Bottomless Brunch, sport or to join us for a great night out. Each venue is different and has its own unique identity, and this is something we celebrate in our teams too. We need our team to engage confidently with our guests, have a passion for great beer, cocktails, and sport. If its live itβs on, and we are the place to watch it. We cater to everyone and have something on every night, from quizzes, karaoke, and rock club nights to live comedy shows! Our pub has two floors, a heated and covered beer garden decked with HD screens all around. We also offer amazing food and drink deals throughout the week, and guests can enjoy our rotating ales and crafts!
