We are looking for an experienced Front of House Team Leader who can lead, motivate and encourage the wider team to deliver an amazing guest experience at The Two Willows. This role works alongside the management team to bring our shared vision to life.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the management team to bring our shared vision to life.
  • Help maintain smooth operations and consistency.
  • Foster a warm and welcoming environment where guests feel comfortable and valued.
  • Engage confidently with guests, ensuring a high standard of service and promoting our range of beers, cocktails and food.
