We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to cover the Chesterfield to Doncaster region and surrounding areas. You will support a number of publicans and their businesses within the Core L&T Division, ensuring high property standards and delivering strategic growth.
Responsibilities
- Produce and implement a robust strategic plan for the region designed to increase whole pub profit for each pub.
- Recruit and develop capable, well‑funded publicans while maintaining high property standards across all leased and tenanted pubs.
- Provide business advice, facilitate regular reviews, and offer opportunities for skills development.
- Prepare clear and compliant meeting minutes for all business reviews, ensuring consistency with the Pubs Code.
- Conduct regular reviews of business performance to identify improvement opportunities and create actionable plans.
- Take a respectful, challenging approach towards publicans who do not fully exploit commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate with Pub Support Centre functions and key suppliers to achieve procurement objectives and operational goals.
- Maintain high retailing standards, protecting asset value and delivering excellent customer experiences.
