The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager for the South West Region to recruit publicans for sites moving from Stonegate’s Managed and Craft Union businesses into the Pub Partners division. Reporting to the Transitions Director, you’ll manage the recruitment and onboarding of new publicans, support them through the transition, and ensure a seamless handover to the relevant Regional Manager. You’ll be responsible for developing capable publicans, maintaining high standards in leased and tenanted pubs, enforcing property standards, and driving improvements in retailing. The role also includes business reviews, compliance with the Pubs Code, and close collaboration with Pub Support Centre teams and suppliers to meet company objectives.
Skills & Experience:
- To succeed as Regional Manager, you’ll need a valid driving licence, be open to overnight stays, and have experience leading multiple sites with proven results.
- You should be organised, proactive, and able to meet deadlines, while upholding company values and high standards with all stakeholders.
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to analyse data for decision-making.
- Adaptability and commitment to personal and professional development are also key.
