Front of House Team Leader
We are looking for an experienced Front of House Team Leader who can lead, motivate and encourage the wider team to deliver an amazing guest experience at Railway.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the management team to bring our shared vision to life.

Requirements
- You must be 18 years or older, as the role involves the sale of alcohol.
- Experience leading a front‑of‑house team and delivering outstanding guest service.
- Ability to motivate and support teammates, maintain consistent operations, and foster a welcoming environment.
