You'll work closely with experienced Finance Business Partners and operational teams across the business, gaining hands-on exposure to commercial finance in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting Finance Business Partners across multiple divisions with strategic financial analysis and reporting
  • Producing timely and accurate weekly sales and cost analysis for a variety of stakeholders
  • Presenting financial performance reports and insights to area managers and operational teams
  • Analyzing large data sets to identify trends, opportunities and actionable business insights
  • Identifying financial performance issues and helping to deliver solutions that improve profitability and efficiency
  • Working collaboratively with support teams across the business to aid commercial decision-making
  • Responding to ad-hoc operational queries and providing data-led recommendations
  • Contributing to ongoing reporting, forecasting, and business performance analysis

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related subject
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders
  • The ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and develop
  • Previous Excel experience is desirable but not essential
