Purpose of the Role: As a BI Analyst, you will contribute first hand to the development, creation, and implementation of reporting integral to achieving the company strategy. If you are a team player who excels at turning detailed data into industry leading insight dashboards for users across multiple different levels in the business, then we need you on our team. This is an office based role at our Head Offices near Solihull, in the West Midlands. Job Responsibilities: Develop unique and effective performance indicators and metrics for comparison across multiple areas of the Group. Create and compile analysis information into spreadsheets, documents, and Power BI reports for distribution to management. Communicate and educate other departments and executive management on the company's financial status, performance vs strategy and plans. Provide a detailed commentary to management about the organisation's performance in relation to objectives and strategies. Work closely with our Data & Analytics team to turn business requirements into reporting pipelines. Key Requirements for the Role: Experience in Power BI; DAX, Data Modelling and Power Query Exceptional organisational skills and eye for detail Good understanding of SQL (experience of Snowflake would be beneficial) Strong communication and presentation skills, with a keen eye for formatting The ability to utilise a solution-based mindset that turns stakeholder requirements into concise, meaningful and insightful reports A strong eye on adhering to data governance and best practice It is essential you live within a commutable distance to Solihull, West Midlands as this is an office based role Experience working within Hospitality or Retail finance would be advantageous.
