From driving governance and improving data quality, to getting hands on integrating systems and ensuring information flows seamlessly across the business, you’ll lay the foundations that make innovation possible. Turning raw data into reliable, connected insight, enabling smarter decisions, stronger products, and better guest experiences.
As the right hand to our Lead Product Manager, you’ll own the product roadmap and lifecycle from inception through to delivery making a real impact on the UK’s largest pub company.
What you’ll be doing:
· Define and drive the product vision and roadmap
· Translate business needs into clear, actionable workstreams using Agile methodologies
· Run workshops to capture and refine requirements
· Manage the entire product lifecycle—from user stories to UAT and go-live
· Prioritise the product backlog and release schedules to meet key milestones
· Champion Agile best practices, ensuring continuous delivery and innovation
What we’re looking for:
· Strong experience in a Product Owner role with deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum
· Hand’s on experience in a Data Driven Scrum role with deep knowledge of Data Governance, including ownership, stewardship, lineage, and compliance
· Familiarity with metadata management, including cataloguing, tagging, and managing metadata across systems
· Excellent communicator with top-notch stakeholder management skills
· Awareness of modern data platforms such as data lakes, warehouses, CDPs, mesh, or fabric
· Experience leading data governance initiatives or frameworks in an Agile environment
· Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work towards deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
· Enthusiastic, driven, and self-motivated
· Experience in hospitality or retail? That’s a plus, but not a must!
