Stonegate Group is seeking an experienced Regional Manager for the South East and Kent region, including areas around the M25, to recruit publicans moving from Managed and Craft Union into Pub Partners. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, and guide transitions, ensuring a seamless handover to the relevant Regional Manager.
You will develop capable publicans, uphold property standards, drive improvements in retailing and compliance with the Pubs Code, while collaborating with Pub Support.
