Are you a digital learning innovator ready to shape the future of workplace learning? We’re looking for an experienced Learning Technology Lead to spearhead the transformation of our new digital learning experience – a pivotal role that will change how we engage, develop, and inspire our people. This two-year fixed term contract offers an exciting opportunity to lead a high-impact digital project from concept to completion. You’ll work alongside internal teams and our chosen platform provider to embed cutting-edge learning technology across the organisation, with learner experience, innovation, and performance at the heart of your approach.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Collaborating with the Head of Digital Learning, Systems & Admin and IT to deliver a strategic learning technology roadmap aligned with business and HR priorities.
  • Leading the end-to-end implementation of new learning technologies, including requirements scoping, vendor selection, and project milestone management.
  • Managing the LXP vendor relationship, driving continuous improvement in system performance, user experience, and integration.
  • Overseeing platform embedding, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum adoption across the organisation.
  • Using data and learner feedback to enhance platform engagement and inform learning strategy.
  • Acting as our internal subject matter expert on learning tech innovation – from AI-driven solutions to UX best practice.
  • Managing the broader learning tech ecosystem with a cost-conscious mindset and strategic oversight.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in implementing or developing an LXP across a multi-site organisation.
  • Deep understanding of digital learning platforms, UX/UI, APIs, and HR data structures.
  • A strong grasp of current and emerging learning technologies – including AI and data-driven design.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills, able to communicate technical concepts with clarity and impact.
  • A collaborative mindset, open to ideas and focused on continuous improvement.
  • Confident in using data and insights to inform decisions and influence stakeholders.
