Junior Product Owner
Are you passionate about product development and looking to kickstart your career in tech? We’re on the hunt for a Junior Product Owner to join our dynamic IT Programme team. You’ll work closely with our Lead Product Manager and get hands-on experience across various exciting workstreams while learning from the best in a supportive, Agile environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Work alongside the Lead Product Manager to define the product vision, roadmap, and key growth opportunities.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear, actionable tasks.

Support Agile teams in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product delivery.

Facilitate workshops, manage user stories, and participate in end-to-end product lifecycle management—from ideation to release.

Help ensure that products are delivered on time, on scope, and aligned with our strategic goals.

Create clear and concise release notes and product updates tailored to different audiences.

Research market trends and user feedback to help shape future development.

The Solihull Pub Support Team offices are light and airy offices in Shirley, Solihull, where you will be greeted by our Welcome Team. We have free onsite secure parking with EV charging and cycle storage, a subsidised canteen serving breakfast and lunch, as well as an onsite pub used for social events. The offices are fully accessible.
