Stonegate Group, the UK's largest operator of pubs, bars and late-night venues, is seeking an experienced Regional Manager for the North East/North Yorkshire region. You will recruit publicans moving from Stonegate's Managed and Craft Union businesses into Pub Partners, oversee onboarding and transition, and handover to the relevant Regional Manager.
You will develop capable publicans, maintain high standards across leased and tenanted pubs, enforce property standards, and drive improvements.
