The Opportunity
If you love late nights, big energy and creating an unforgettable guest experience, this could be the role for you. We’re looking for a standout General Manager for Be At One, Russell Street, just minutes from Covent Garden station, right in the heart of one of London’s most vibrant nightlife scenes. This is a fast‑paced, high‑energy bar surrounded by some of the capital’s busiest hospitality and late‑night operators. With a strong industry crowd and consistent footfall, the atmosphere is electric and the opportunity is huge. The bar operates across a single floor with capacity for around 200 guests. Be At One is all about great drinks, great music and even better service. The bar has recently launched a new offer which is already building momentum, and with the right leadership this is a business that can go even further.
As General Manager, you’ll focus on flawless execution, raising the bar on operational standards and ensuring every guest leaves feeling like they’ve discovered their new favourite place.
About You
You’ll lead a small but crucial management and front-of-house team, developing confidence, capability and pride in the brand. Creating credible, exciting reasons to visit will be key, whether that’s through innovative cocktail promotions, themed nights, partnerships or finding new ways to make busy nights feel effortlessly brilliant. You’ll understand your numbers, drive sales through creativity and consistency, and keep a sharp eye on margins and performance. We’re looking for someone with a proven background running a high‑volume, late‑night bar; you’ll be commercially aware, calm under pressure and happy leading from the front on the busiest nights. Most importantly, you’ll care deeply about standards, atmosphere and making sure every shift delivers the Be At One experience guests expect.
