The Opportunity
As CRM Executive you will work within the digital marketing department to support brand/formats marketing plans through email campaigns. You will work with the brand teams to plan campaign emails across our formats. You will be responsible for setting up automated emails and triggers to engage our database and new sign-ups. You will be responsible for driving email open rates, CTRs and driving pre-booking. You will also be responsible for managing SMS campaigns through our CRM system, Bloomreach. This is a fantastic role ideal for creative or passionate individuals looking to build a long‑term career within Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Email Sends: Work closely with the wider marketing team to plan content within our calendars to share with operators and ensure operators are engaged, using Bloomreach to build, schedule and optimise campaign email activity.
- Customer Journeys: Working with the CRM Manager to plan and execute customer journeys and trigger emails within Bloomreach, driving engagement and pre-booking (e.g. birthday, upselling).
- Weekly and Monthly Reporting: Working with the CRM manager to identify key trends in weekly and monthly data reports to drive engagement.
- Sales Team: Support our sales team with pre-booking service level emails to keep customers engaged with their bookings.
- Data Growth: To identify database growth opportunities across brands/formats and work with the wider team to bring data driving campaigns to life.
- Agency Working: Working with our agencies to ensure delivery of campaign and customer journey emails.
- One Team Mentality: Maintain close working relationships with other support teams and marketing functions to ensure a holistic approach and cohesive delivery of the marketing strategy.
About You
- Previous experience in email marketing or digital marketing
- Hands‑on experience using Bloomreach Experience is essential
- Digital Marketing qualification or marketing qualification desirable
- Some working knowledge of digital marketing analytic tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Sprout Social)
