We’re looking for a driven and analytical Assistant Finance Business Partner to join our team and support operational decision‑making through insightful financial analysis and reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a finance-related degree who is eager to learn, develop quickly, and build a long‑term career in finance. You’ll work closely with experienced Finance Business Partners and operational teams across the business, gaining hands‑on exposure to commercial finance in a dynamic environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting Finance Business Partners across multiple divisions with strategic financial analysis and reporting
- Producing timely and accurate weekly sales and cost analysis for a variety of stakeholders
- Presenting financial performance reports and insights to area managers and operational teams
- Analysing large data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable business insights
- Identifying financial performance issues and helping to deliver solutions that improve profitability and efficiency
- Working collaboratively with support teams across the business to aid commercial decision‑making
- Responding to ad hoc operational queries and providing data‑led recommendations
- Contributing to ongoing reporting, forecasting, and business performance analysis
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related subject
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders
- The ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and develop
- Previous Excel experience is desirable but not essential
