We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager or an experienced Kitchen Team Leader who is ready to take their next step in their career. As a leader in the business, Kitchen Managers are the figureheads of the dining operation who deliver consistently high standards whilst developing the Kitchen Managers of the future at Royal Oak.
As Kitchen Manager you will…

Some of the things you’ll be doing as a Kitchen Manager
- Supporting the recruitment and induction of new team membersLeading, managing and developing your Brigade whilst ensuring their training is fully complete at all timesResponsible for maintaining both kitchen hygiene and food safety standards within the kitchen at all times and safety standards in the kitchen areaBe responsible for the creation of kitchen rota, ensuring labour targets are metConduct periodic stock takes to ensure delivery of GP margins in line with targetsAdopt a proactive strategy to boost sales and drive growth by engaging effectively with both the kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Order food supplies and kitchen equipment, as needed
