Pub & Dining encapsulates the relaxed atmosphere of a suburban local pub. If you love getting to know guests, building a community of customers, serving and giving friendly advice about our range of products and are passionate about serving good quality, hearty pub classics, then a career with Pub & Dining could be for you. The Lamb Inn is an oasis in the heart of the city and the second oldest pub within the city centre (haunted by at least three ghosts). The Lamb Inn is a haven for shoppers and those popping out for lunch during the day, then in the early evening candles get lit and we have our own very special atmosphere… Oh and the best courtyard in the city.
