Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Advisor role located in one of our North East developments. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for meeting with potential buyers, providing exceptional customer service, and guiding clients through the sales process. The role includes tasks such as maintaining detailed knowledge of our properties, assisting buyers with their inquiries, and coordinating with the construction and marketing teams. The Sales Advisor will also be involved in preparing sales contracts and closing deals.
