As we continue with our sustainable expansion plans, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced, professional Sales Manager to join our team covering our North East sites. Stonebridge Homes is a Leeds-based house builder, operating throughout Yorkshire, the North East and Lincolnshire with a well-deserved reputation for building quality, high specification homes in sought after locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Undertake market research as part of the land viability process, using existing knowledge and developing where needed new knowledge to accurately appraise sites.
  • Develop sales strategies for developments / specific plots and work with the wider sales team and marketing team to execute these.
  • Manage budgets for advertising, show home / sales office set up, staffing and any other site specific expenditure.
  • Ensure accurate and timely creation of weekly and monthly sales reports providing insight on the contents.
  • Provide support, coaching and mentoring to the wider sales team where performance is behind target.
  • Undertake regular site visits and audits against agreed standards ensuring plans are in place and actioned to rectify areas of improvement and that these plans are supported and followed up.
  • Contribute to the annual business planning and budgeting process.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Significant knowledge of the house building industry.
  • IT literate, confident using a variety of systems.
  • Excellent people management skills with the ability to train, coach and mentor to maximise performance.
  • Excellent communication and rapport building skills.
  • Experience in managing and controlling budgets.
  • Ability to manage own workload.
  • Excellent internal and external stakeholder management.
