We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Care Apprentice to join our Customer Care team on a fixed term contract for the duration of the apprenticeship. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable business experience while working towards a recognised qualification, learning from experienced professionals in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

This apprenticeship will give you practical experience, industry knowledge, and the opportunity to build a long-term career in housebuilding.

As a Customer Care Apprentice, you will play an important role in supporting our customer journey, helping homeowners receive the best possible service from the moment they move into their new home. As part of the Customer Care team you will:

  • Support customers throughout their homeowner journey
  • Assist with sending welcome communications and ensuring customers have access to our customer portal and reporting systems
  • Help manage customer requests and progress routine customer care tasks
  • Communicate site wide updates to customers and provide individual updates to specific customers when required
  • Support the scheduling and coordination of maintenance appointments
  • Send customer information, guidance and support material to enhance the customer experience
  • Work closely with our sales and customer experience team to keep information in our customer portal up to date
  • Undertake initial fact finding, as required, when customers raise complaints to support the customer care coordinator dealing with the issue
