Base pay range
We are looking to increase the size of our team, and are currently recruiting for a Partner Support User Tester to join the team. The role is paying a salary of £25,000 and is hybrid working , minimum 3 days from our Basildon office and the remaining 2 days can be worked from home.

The role
The Partner Support User Tester (PSUT) deals directly with the UK-wide network of professional mortgage and insurance Advisers, in relation to system and process-related queries by phone, ticket and email.
The PSUT will be required to operate as first line support for the testing of new functionality for the Revolution (and surround) systems, providing feedback within agreed timelines to support successful deployment.
Supporting the development of end-user training material, alongside the Business Training Consultants will be a feature of the role.
The PSUT may also handle queries received for network members via various channels and delivering prompt, accurate and clear guidance and/or the fastest and most comprehensive resolution of queries possible. This includes referral and escalation where necessary.
The role also includes identification, escalation and handling queries on any system issues that affect performance and/or impact on network members’ experience.
Key Responsibilities
- User testing of new or updated Revolution functionality and report results back to the developers and key Stonebridge staff
- Support production of training material for new or updated Revolution functionality
- Manage calls and incoming tickets/emails to standard and in line with targets
- Refer items to other teams as required and escalate items where applicable
- Identify and report issues to IT/Dev teams affecting performance and/or member service
