Key Responsibilities
- Review mortgage and insurance case files against internal and FCA standards.
- Conduct 1-2-1 reviews and performance observations with advisers.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback and guidance by phone and email.
- Review promotional materials and adviser CPD records to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate internal records and management information.
Our ideal candidate
- Experience within mortgage, protection, financial services, or quality assurance, ideally in compliance or adviser support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, organised approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to fully satisfy the pre‑employment screening process which comprises right to work, identity, 5 years referencing, AML, credit screen, financial sanctions and DBS checks.
