We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate (Mortgage Quality and Compliance Adviser) to join our Business Standards team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in mortgage or protection compliance, quality assurance, or adviser support who’s ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll play a key role in maintaining Stonebridge’s high standards and helping advisers deliver the best outcomes for their clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review mortgage and insurance case files against internal and FCA standards.
  • Conduct 1-2-1 reviews and performance observations with advisers.
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback and guidance by phone and email.
  • Review promotional materials and adviser CPD records to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate internal records and management information.

Our ideal candidate

  • Experience within mortgage, protection, financial services, or quality assurance, ideally in compliance or adviser support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, organised approach with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to fully satisfy the pre-employment screening process which comprises of right to work, identity, 5 years referencing, AML, credit screen, financial sanctions and DBS checks.
